Step 1

First step is to select the instrument model you are interested in. We can discuss your choice of tonewoods from our wide selection of domestic and exotic woods.

Step 2

You can select from a variety of custom upgrades such as cutaways, bevels, soundport, comfort wedge, inlay, electronic, etc.

Step 3

Once you have decided to have us build your dream guitar, a nonrefundable $500 deposit will get you onto our build list. The remainder will be due at delivery.

Step 4

Our instruments are handmade using traditional techniques including dovetail neck joint, hand carved 5 piece neck, custom voiced soundboard. Use of hot hide glue is available as requested at no extra cost.

Step 5

Updates of the build can be made available, including photos, by text or email if desired. We can give you an estimated completion time prior to your decision to book with us.

Step 6

All our instruments are finished with shellac by French Polish method, followed by a hand rubbed oil/cashew shell varnish. This provides protection, is environmentally friendly, and is easily repairable if damaged. 

Ship and Play It

Step 7

Once your instrument is complete, we will securely ship it to you in an included hard case. Shipping within the US is included. Shipping outside of US will be an additional cost, and must comply to CITES regulations.

Step 8

Full payment is due prior to shipping. Once payment is received, you will get an emailed receipt.

Step 9

There is a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship. Issues related to wear, temperature, humidity, misuse, or trauma are not covered. If damage does occur, we can offer repair services at reasonable rates.
